Kevin Perugini built ItalVolley as a Free app with optional paid features (ItalVolley Pro). This SERVICE is provided by Kevin Perugini and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of information if anyone decided to use my Service. If you choose to use my Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

ItalVolley has no accounts and does not ask you for your name, email address, phone number or location. The app does not access your contacts, photos, camera or microphone.

The app may collect limited technical information, such as device identifiers and the preferences you set in the app, which is used to deliver notifications and to provide the Service. This information is not linked to your identity.

The app also uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify your device, such as the advertising identifier used by Google AdMob in the free version of the app.

Advertising

The free version of the app shows ads provided by Google AdMob. Where required by law you are asked for your consent, and without consent the ads are not personalized. ItalVolley Pro removes the ads. You can limit or reset the advertising identifier in your device settings.

Purchases

Purchases are handled by Apple or Google. I do not receive or store your payment details; the app only checks whether ItalVolley Pro is active.

Log Data

I want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, my server and the third-party services used by the app may collect data such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics. This is used to operate the Service and to detect errors and abuse.

Data Retention

Technical information related to notifications stays on my server while you use the app and is deleted after about 120 days of inactivity. Uninstalling the app stops any further data from being added.

Cookies

The app does not use cookies. The third-party code and libraries used by the app, such as advertising libraries, may use cookies or similar identifiers to collect information and improve their services.

Service Providers

I may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on my behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist in analyzing how the Service is used. These third parties may have access to information only to perform the tasks assigned to them on my behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. Some of them are located outside the European Union and process data with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

Security

I value your trust, so I strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting the information. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections. Remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure and reliable, and I cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Your Rights

If you are in the European Union you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to the processing or withdraw your consent at any time, and you can lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. Since the data is not linked to your identity, I may need some information to recognize your device. To delete everything you can uninstall the app, or contact me.

Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided information, please contact me so that I can do the necessary actions.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
